Outdoor editor takes on Big Moose Mountain

News

Pete Warner, noted outdoor editor and writer for the Bangor Daily News, recently got back on his skis after a 45-year hiatus and came to Big Moose Mountain with his son, Will Warner.  His story (link below) celebrates the spectacular view, the friendly staff, and the affordability of a day of wonderful skiing for the father-son duo.  Pete reported that a full day of skiing at Big Moose cost him only $70, including rental skis or snowboard, boots, poles and a helmet.  Be sure to check out the three-minute video he attached to his story. “What a great way to get out and have some fun in Maine!”, he enthused and we couldn’t agree more!
